image This place totally scammed us. We were SO nice and so patient with all of their excuses , but ultimately, they sold us a viking range that fills our house with gas, does not stay lit and has never held a temperature. Their main repair man was completely rude and confrontational. They were FULL OF EXCUSES and have now "closed their doors due to construction." They have a voicemail at their number, but they do not return calls. It is owned by a family (dad, mom, daughter) - the mom/wife had originally texted me, so I proceeded to text her a number of times begging for them to follow through on giving us a stove/oven that worked. No response ever. I hear they may open up again (possibly under a new name?) - they have no ethics and we are out thousands of dollars. The only positive point of this entire business is their daughter, who is the receptionist - she was always kind and courteous and apologetic. Hopefully she doesn't follow her parents lead on customer service. Oh and one more thing, they completely robbed us on delivery charges. I ordered appliances from Standard TV and Appliance and got FREE DELIVERY AND HOOK UP. For my stove and fridge (which also has problems) from Appliance Liquidators they charged me $500 for delivery and "hook up;" however, they dropped them off and never hooked anything up. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

image DO NOT BUY FROM APPLIANCE LIQUIDATORS !!! They sold my brother a refrigerator that they claimed was "overhauled" but in reality was still broken with the original fault it was returned for. When the fridge stopped working two days after plugging it in, the owner of Appliance Liquidators dodged responsibility then made it so cost prohibitive to repair the fridge that the warranty was essentially worthless.
DON'T BUY, DON'T BUY, DON'T BUY. There are many other appliance stores worthy of your business; This store deserves to be shunned and run out of business for taking advantage of a situation for financial gain.

image We bought a French door Electrolux refrigerator back in March of 2014, semi-worked for awhile then, completely stopped all refrigeration after 2 weeks. After all efforts to repair, ie: on their part and ours, it was determined irreparable. I even contacted Electrolux to see if it was possibly under warranty. It was not only not under warranty, it was an item that Electrolux had replaced and was to be destroyed, not resold to anyone. The model of this refrigerator, per a reliable source, frequently encounters the breakdown of its ability to retain its coolant. Which was our issue.
Thus, in my personal opinion, Appliance Liquidators should have been aware of the defective products they were re-selling to others, items that were supposed to be destroyed. However, Electrolux and any other manufacturer, should also be held responsible for not making sure such defective ones were destroyed. Its been a nightmare and a hard lesson to learn on our part.
I see from other comments they have moved completely out of the building. I hope they have learned a lesson from being so unethical and borderline illegal in their business pursuits. Hopefully, they aren't repeating this in another location.

image I noticed the negative reviews on google (oddly enough they have a 5 star rating on yelp) and wanted to respond with an honest assessment. For starters, take this place for what it is, a family owned used appliance store. This isn't a corporate mega chain that you can take your fridge home, scratch it up, break off the handles, let some mold grow inside of it, then decide you don't want it, return it to the store and expect the store to absorb the loss. I feel like these guys do an honest restoration of their appliances and won't sell you a lemon, and they are very forth right about what will void your warranty before you leave the store. My own personal story is that my wife and I received the wrong sized refrigerator and when we got it home, notified the store and they were willing to work with us on an exchange. I am not sure if the mistake was on our behalf or theirs (long story), but in the end they were willing to make an exchange that benefited both parties.
