Treavor and his assistant were on time, friendly and professional. Any mess made during installation was cleaned. I have MS and Heat Intolerance. Only another MSer would understand how life changing this AC will be in Central Oregon! Tracy communicated well and I had no problems sending an emailed question and getting a quick reply. I would highly recommend American Pride Heating and Cooling!! Service: Install AC

Trevor is excellent with communication, fair with his prices, listens to our needs and makes thoughtful recommendations. He and others at American pride show up when they say they will. He replaced our 25 year old furnace and installed air conditioning as well.

*** WARNING *** Don't EVER hire American Pride to do anything on your property!  I hired this horrible company a while ago ....  but stumbled across this charlatan's card today (7-23-2020).  Still Angry and shocked such a disreputable company is still in business -- American Pride was hired to replace a soiled section of insulation in the crawl space under my home. Instead, I was grossly over charged ($400+) for 5 plastic mouse traps, 3 cheep thin aluminum duct boots and instead of replacing insulation, this charlatan tore what was spoiled out of the insulation panel and stuffed it back in place.  This supposed *repair* was done in the fall.  The next summer, our AC didn't work - Despite receiving advertising from charlatan company specifically for *AC Repair*, I called Budget Heating to fix the AC.  What the 2 repair men were shocked to find was;  the AC lines had been CUT.  Not CUT in just one place, but in several places.When I showed them the invoice of the charges from American Pride, they were aghast at the extent I was over-charged along with the blatant sabotage of our AC. DO NOT Do Business With this Disreputable Company!!!
