Professional clean touch has been providing cleaning services at Lumina Apartments for several years, throughout this time, we have dealt with many managers, and Jinjoo truly stands out for her dedication to her role. One of her key stregths is her prompt assistance and ability to quickly address any situation or question that arises. With the new management, Lumina has certainly shown positive changes.

So my car got towed because apparently I hadnt parked correctly on the white line when there was not white line at all since they havent painted any lines lol I got charged 300 dollars and I paid for it because I apparently it was my fault now no one notified me about this I thought my car was stolen I had to call the police to find out what happened to my car because apparently no one the the office could tell me or give me any kind of warning first. They just decided to take my car the first chance they got. its a great place to live I highly recommend it

Just an Awesome Pleasurable All-Around Experience With Office Apartment Manager JinJoo and Assistant Manager Brit and Office Staff Max and Grace and Maintenance Supervisor Dennis.
They have been So Nice and Kind and Helpful to my Wife and I on the Move in Process and filling out forms and Paperwork and getting signed up and connected to the online website for direct deposit to pay our rent automatically each Month.
The New owners are really doing a lot of upgrades here that were being Neglected before. Grounds and Maintenance Staff are doing a Great job making everything look nice and well kept up. Very nice Amenities here also.I would Really Recommend these Apartments for anyone looking for a Nice SAFE and Well Kept Place to Live.
