Yes I'd recommend Armworks, but not til 2 the therapist put too much pressure during massge on my injury and I go home with more pain and swelling than when I went In! Also after I tell them they say not from that ! Smh

I recently graduated from Armworks. I feel confident in my recovery and have all the tools necessary to keep me on the right path. I worked with Maddy and she was very knowledgeable, kind, and a fantastic listener. I was starting to think I wouldn't get my strength back or pain under control. She was able to find the right stretches and exercises and here I am being able to do things again!
