      image This place is a joke. I set up an appointment and never get got any to contact or be present for my telephone therapy appointment. But they made sure to charge me for it.
      I sat around my phone for half an hour to receive absolutely nothing but a bill. I now have to cancel my other appointment due the unprofessional of these people.
      They act like this place is the only place to get mental health help, 20 minutes on hold since havent heard from anyone.

      image i dont like lifestance ,, your phone system sucks ,, i have been with western phylogical over 20 years ,, , i gave lifestance my health insurance jan 2nd ,,which is coverd ,, i just got a bill for 335 dollars , been on the phone tying to talk to someone i left 2 messages to call me back,, , i have been ion the phone almost 3 hours ,, your company is way too big , iam currently looking for a differnt counsiling office ,, would not recommend life stance to no one . why is lifestance only doing virtual appointments
