image I would advise anyone seeking virtual offices to look elsewhere. As others have stated, your invoice will never be straightforward. If your experience is anything like mine, you'll be invoiced multiple times for the same thing. You'll spend hours corresponding with customer service to get it corrected and it never will be. You'll receive automated emails threatening legal action whenever you dispute unauthorized charges. One star is still too generous.

image Horrible experience. Frequently charged the incorrect amount while renting a space. The people that work at the front desk are not allowed to contact headquarters to help with issues. Basically, they are useless. You will never get someone on the phone if you have an issue and it will take weeks for them to respond with the incorrect information. But if you inquire about a property they will contact you immediately. Regus had made everything a headache since day one. Trust the reviews and bad reputation of Regus and look elsewhere. Regus still owes me $247.

image STAY AWAY FROM ANY REGUS OFFICE IF YOU CARE ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are a huge corporation that doesnt care about you! I had to cancel our office at another Regus location and use another location because it is closer to our home. It was a pain to cancel and when I did they automatically signed us up for mail forwarding. I talked to 2 ladies at the center and they confirmed no mail was forwarded and that they did not sign us up for mail forwarding. I have a phone call recording from Nov 2 where the center manager is confirming that I should not be charged and she goes in and opens a case for me. Customer service replied on Nov 6. Support replied telling me that I should have let them know sooner and it was too late to cancel a service that was never provided by them. At this time they had just sent an invoice and had not actually charged our card. I submitted another help ticket with customer service on Nov 14 and the company never even responded to me. They charged us for these services today which is November 19. These people will scam you and charge your credit card for services you did not sign up for! If you use them make sure to keep an eye on your statements. I will be doing a chargeback on our credit card. Normally I would go through the company to get them to remove the charge but obviously Regus's customer service is not going to help if they have not done anything for over 2 weeks of me trying to get help. EDIT 11/22/22 THE COMPANY RESPONDED TO TRUST PILOT AND GOOGLE TO TRY TO GET MY REVIEW REMOVED BUT STILL HAS FAILED TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS ISSUE. THIS COMPANY HAS TIME TO TRY AND POLICE THE INTERNET FOR BAD REVIEWS BUT CANT SPEND 2 MINUTES TO ACTUALLY CONTACT ME AND ADDRESS THE ISSUE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RHEIR CLIENTS. CHANGED FROM 2 to 1 STARSEdit 2. Th e company responded to this review but still has NOT addressed the issue on the help ticket and responded to me with anything other than a canned message filled with corporate nonsense. Another reason not to use this company. All they care about is themselves and covering their own behinds. They do not care about their clients. For your convenience they will sign you up for extra services. When you tell them a month in advance that you dont need the service, you confirm with their employee that you dont need the service, you confirm with the employee the service was never rendered, but somehow they still manage to charge you for the service. This is not very convenient and maybe you should change your processes. You should definitely change your customer service processes and attitude towards your clients. I use other offices for other businesses and we are finding co working spaces to move to after the other contracts are up. A similar thing happened with this company when we had to move from Indiana to Colorado. They made it EXTREMELY difficult to let us move. They wanted us to pay off the full value of the contract in Indiana. All we wanted to do is move the business HQ from Indy to CO and they saw it as a money making opportunity rather than an opportunity to keep a client who obviously liked the service. I should have got the hint at that time and chose a different virtual office. Please stay away from this company if you can. Find a local coworking space or local virtual office company. Regus is too big and too corporate and does not care about the clients one bit. EDIT 3. They approved our refund after 4 weeks of dealing with customer service but only gave us an account credit so now we owe them a negative amount of money on a closed account. They didnt even refund us the funds so now we have to go back to customer service. This company is so terrible with customer service it is unreal. The lady working at the center even seemed annoyed with her own company. I am doing a chargeback on our credit card tomorrow if customer service does not respond timely (which they wont).
