The level of disrespect that was given to me by the front office staff was enough to make me not want to return here at all. Upon arriving at my first appointment, I simply asked a question about where to check in to which the gentleman replied"yeeeaah, just like the sign says" in a rude tone. Then I was told that I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and would not be seen. I arrived 5 minutes earlier than the time given to me by the receptionist on the phone. Every word spoken to me by staff was in a rude toneIm sorry but I wont tolerate that level of disrespect that this generation thinks they can just spew out.

I visited this facility 2 weeks ago to schedule PT. Gave the rep all my info and the doctor's order for PT. Since that day, I received no less than 10 emails, text messages and phone calls to both my home and cell confirming my PT appointment. I arrived this morning and was told they need the doctor's order for PT - which I gave them at my first visit. Very belligerent receptionist kept asking the same question and I kept telling her THEY had the order. Was told the I had to get another and the next appointment wasn't available for 2 weeks! UGH! Give someone a little authority and it goes to her head. NEVER AGAIN!!

My quality of care was great and my physical therapist did a wonderful job, however my complaints and one star rating stems to the poor patient communication from the front office and management at Stones Crossing Therapy & Rehab. Misleading information on the billing process, months of waiting to talk with management about the confusion of the billing process, and the over lack of care of my situation and transparency resulted in an overall poor experience. Given the aforementioned reasons, I would not recommend seeking treatment at Stones Crossing Therapy & Rehab and would look elsewhere.

My son has needed physical therapy several times for sports injuries between 2018 and 2022. Both James and Austin are excellent, helping him stabilize joints for the future and get back to play in a decent amount of time. I highly recommend this facility if you live in on the south side of Indy.

Myself and my son have had physical therapy at Stones on several occasions and my son will be starting again in the next couple of weeks. I have always had great communication with the from the front staff, physical therapist, and billing. I would highly recommend their services if you live on the Southside.
