We had problems with both furnaces which another company as well as the previous members of the same company tried to fix but went nowhere. John E from Westmore came and worked tirelessly to diagnose the problems (wrong circuit boards, thermostats, faulty wiring etc.) and fixed everything. He was professional, competent and very straighforward with us. He tied up all the loose ends and took care of the mess previous workers left behind. We received a modest bill for the amount of work that was done, especially compared to what (some) other companies charge. What a difference a dedicated mechanic can make in other people's lives, we are so thankful!

Well my boiler wasn't working and I immediately called Westmore who has been providing me with Biofuel and spoke to Karen who was so professional and listened to my concerns and assured me a service technician would arrive in the afternoon and guess what they did.. John arrived and introduced himself and after accessing the situation walked me through what was to be done to correct the problem. Prior to departing John offered a few suggestions so not to have this happen again which I appreciated. Shortly thereafter I was able to take off my parka and enjoy the World Series game.
