      image If I could give a lower rating it would be a negative stat. The customer service here is terrible. Just thought it would be a quick trip to pick up a $600.00 tool box that they had on display since Christmas. They refused to sell it, I couldnt believe it they would not sell it, even though I had cash in hand. There are no home improvement experts in this place, so if you shop here you are the expert because these people could be standing right next to an item in their own department and not know anything about it so you lr better off not even asking. I cant believe that Lowes itself allows this kind of poor customer service to continue. I should have known better to try to spend money at this place.

      image If your white you wont get any help. Rude, lazy and racist. Waited for help, told to wait, asked again and instead of answering she told her coworker, her after work plans. Walked away from the register. Asked for manager- told they didnt have one.
