WOMEN BEWARE!!!
The Service Center are complete crooks! They will literally create a problem on your vehicle, charge you a diagnostic fee to tell you what's wrong with your vehicle, and charge a huge price to fix it.
I DO NOT recommend this place. Go somewhere else.

Talked to David in sales and was the most disrespectful human I talked to. I cant believe in 2023 people can be racist still, might be a Mississippi thing or just the way Toyota allowed this here , I been reading other comments and other people have been discriminated for their race, I will definitely talk to Toyota corporate and use my influencer abilities to get justice

The OBD port in my Prius had a bad fuse. I left it with them for diagnostics, they put in a good fuse, read the codes, and then Put The Bad Fuse Back and charged me about $120 for diagnostics.
That's just tacky...
