My phone had a lot of pop up advertisements caused by bad stuff downloaded by my grandchild. I was paying my bill here and the employee saw all the pop ups and asked to help. He had it all in working order in a minute.

I thank the lord everyday. I have two legs to walk on and when I walked into this store, everyone was positively happy. The store looks super nice and clean and they changed it all. Paid my bill and helped fix my phone so I couldn't be happier. Thank you all so much

I told the man here that I want everything set up on my new phone so that I dont have to worry about anything. And it was done with ease for him at least. What took him 15 minutes or so would have taken me 3 hours Im sure. Extremely grateful for this and Im on my way out with a new And up to date phone finally.

Do not download the email home app on your phones. It is a virus. I had a virus on my phone and it took forever to delete and fix it because of that app. It tracks you and everything else under the room. Not fun. Thank you to Verizon with your help

Do not download the Murphy Drive app for your phone. It was constantly messing with my new phone's settings and I had to delete it to fix it. Not worth the small benefits of the app, if any, to deal with my phone messing up. Thanks to the representatives at this store, my phone works perfectly now.
