      image 0 stars. Bed was filthy and stained. We arrived at 4am with 2 kids. We just needed a quick nap to get back on the road. The kids wouldnt even lay on the bed without their blanket under them. We didnt even use the blankets provided to cover up with because they were so dirty . Hair in the bathtub drain , carpets were stained , cigarette burns everywhere when I checked out I informed the lady at checkout she said her manager would be getting there at 12. I called back , she wasnt there i finally reached someone after a week and she said she would call back , I have yet to receive a call back. This hotel needs shut down.

We are not able to resolve any issues a guest might have, after they have chosen to sleep in the room. We would always relocate a guest if the rooms were available, but we have to be notified that the guest is unsatisfied immediately. It is very important to us to address these sorts of issues right away and to ensure that you are able to enjoy the rest of your stay. All the best on your future travels!

      image Rooms are beautiful,clean ,no bugs sheets were clean as new! All workers are diligent about there job,professional! Area is peaceful!Enjoyed my stay here!

      image The room was clean, a few things weren't right, and bathroom shower control was known to be broken off only overhead, with no hand-held control.
      Bathroom rubber shower floor mat covered in mold underside.
      Check-in was great.
      Breakfast was excellent
      Location was convenient on and off expressway.
      A little better on the housekeeping, and it would have been 5 stars
      Food & drinks: Fantastic all you can eat buffet at Shoneys!
