The After Disaster team arrived within 1 hour after we called USAA for water remediation.
They worked diligently until 9:00 on a Friday evening, and were amazing!!!! Water had spread over several rooms and through the floor to the basement. They brought truckloads of dehumidifiers & fans that were set up for 5 days, coming back to the house to check the drying process several times. Over the next few weeks, their engineer & manager arranged for a variety of sub-contractors to come for repairs, and replacement of flooring, carpets, vents, ceiling tiles & insulation. All the teams were professional, and did incredible work to restore our house to a clean & Like-new condition.

Our home could not have survived the damage from hurricane Ian without the exceptional team of Mike, Adolfo, and Teddy. Mike quickly assessed the best plan to save our home from extensive water damage. Forever grateful for this team of gentlemen!

I used this company twice before and my experience was spectacular. This time. Not so much. My insurance company USAA surveyed the damages on my home from a storm and gave me the money immediately for repairs in early October . I called AD and someone came out in October to look at the repairs needed. I had to call them twice to check on a date to repair I got the runaround . Its now almost February and NOT ONE WORD FROM THEM !!! This is how we run business? Im calling USAA Monday morning to report them. Especially since theyre listed on their website.
I feel very disregarded and my home must not be worth their time.
