Dave is likely the best manager of a business I have ever encountered as a customer, I really mean that! He is a functional expert and spends time educating customers on all things trucks and cars. He also will charge under par for labor hours whereas most businesses in this industry take advantage in that area. He went above and beyond with our purchase of a truck bed cover, and Im grateful!

I could not be more pleased with the bed cover I purchased and had installed. When speaking with an associate (cannot remember his name, middle-aged gentleman who travels between stores), he was informative and honest. I was initially looking at one of the bed covers, however, was told for the money I should look at one of their other products which ended up being a better product for close to the same price. I wound up getting an ArmorFlex bed cover which was installed by Alex who did a great job! I noticed a small leak in my bed after a heavy rain, called the business and spoke with the store manager, Roy I believe. He got me in the same day, Alex immediately diagnosed the issue (issue ended up coming from the truck more than the work/product), and it was fixed immediately by Alex - not a drop of water in the bed since. After the initial install, Alex was sure to walk me through how everything operated, including cleaning instructions, and even referred me to a cleaning product for it that is cheaper at the dealership than in any store I could find. I could not have asked for a better experience, or a more honest and kind staff. Thanks for your attention to detail not just with my truck, but with how you treated me - in a world of increasingly awful customer service, you guys are doing things the right way, you put the customer first and it shows.
