I rarely go into the bank lobby, but I needed quarters , so I went. I had such a pleasant experience with the teller! I also had a security issue with my account that the manager handled with kindness and discretion. They really help you feel comfortable.

Two way to drive through Also an walk up. Great way to bank evening and day time .service is great and staff on the inside. I have enjoyed Bankofamerica quite sometime now .

A HUGE shout out to Michael Grant at Guilford College Bank of America for getting documents I was told by another branch couldnt be obtained because they were over 7 years old. Michael spent 45 minutes trying various customer service people and finally successfully got what I needed as requested by the court for my mothers estate settlement. I never felt that he was rushed or frustrated but only determined and reassuring he would exhaust all avenues.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They only have two tellers working most days and if you go around lunchtime there will only be one available so be prepared to wait. There are three ATMs available on site but making a cash deposit they never accept my bills, no matter how new they are, so my transactions require me to go inside. The drive thru teller service is no longer available at this location. Four stars given for wait time, no fault of the tellers that work there.
