On March 23, 2024 eight families including myself were displaced by natural disaster. Greensboros 5 Battalion were the ones assigned to respond. Upon their arrival they began to assess our building for structural damage and safety. It was concluded that the structure was unsafe, so the immediately began to evacuate us all. The professionalism, precision and empathetic care was shown to each family. No-one was excluded. I would like to specifically point out Chris Koran came prepared with Red Cross pamphlets that outlined each families possible next step. Additionally, he stay throughout our ordeal. Mr. Koran if you are the one in charge of this Battalion, well done!

Thank you all for spending a grueling 30 minutes with me getting my spinner ring off of my finger! Everyone was so kind and incredibly careful to make sure I was able to keep my phalange without getting hurt :) I cannot thank you all enough for your patience and assistance!!! Looked it up, turns out it was made from titanium
