0/5 stars, Was told if I got there before 5 I could be seen, got there at the desk at 4:34 was told to come back another day they dont have time to see me... nobody in wating room and people just cleaning in the back... then was told I should have gotten there by 4:30 if I wanted to be seen, by the head nurse on 02/19/2024 they didnt seem to care at all about me nor other patients they just wanted to go home.

They were unprofessional.. made me wait for 30 minutes then they tell me that the technician for the X-ray is not working today so they cant help me .

0/5 stars. I was very up front that I have terrible bladder shyness and it can take me up to 20 minutes to go. Cue knocking after 5 minutes asking if I was done or needed to try again later literally every time I entered that bathroom to try. Fast forward two hours later and it's TIME, my bladder is full and I gotta go. They made me wait twenty minutes where I told the people at the front desk multiple times that I couldn't wait much longer because I was about to burst. Finally get in there and I get the knock five minutes into it--thankfully I'd already gone but the audacity is astounding. I've had bladder shyness all my life and this was the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor office in regards to peeing in a cup. No empathy or patience whatsoever and I hope I never have to go there for a work related injury again.
