My fianc and I have worked with Todd Wucherer on three occasions in the last two years and we could not be more pleased with his professionalism, communication, and guidance. Todd helped my fianc sell his house last year and since then, he has also worked with us in looking for potential new homes. We had gone back and forth about buying a different house (a tough decision in this market). We are very picky and knew we didn't absolutely have to find a new house at this time. Todd and his team were very patient and accommodating as we looked; we never felt any pressure to buy something that wasn't right for us. We were met with flexibility and quick response times whenever we did wish to see a house or whenever we had questions. We worked with Samantha and Jordan for a few house showings and they were very professional and helpful as well. This summer, we did find the right house and ended up with an accepted offer to buy. Todd has great intuition and gave some sound advice throughout that process. We were able to secure a home inspection and repairs on our new house despite a tight market. Todd then assisted us to put my house up for sale shortly after this point and we quickly had an offer and completed sale on that as well. It has certainly been a stressful two years with all of our transitions, but overall everything has gone smoothly thanks to Todd and his associates!
