With the excpetion of of the lady i spoke with i think she's a receptionist these people are rude they call from random numbers and are surprised people don't answer their phone oh and they never leave a voicemail even though if they are going to continue to call they are required by law to address themsleves but they don't. None of the letters or anything mentions making payments online and had I known about that it would have been paid off timely. Paying online is easy but it doesn't just let you pay whatever it requires a minimum payment which honestly is kind of ridiculous and they should accept any amounts given at least that shows an attempt to pay off the balance. Bottom line they care about money that is it yes i know they are debt collectors and its their job but honestly putting restrictions on how people pay and how much they can pay is ridiculous.

Ive been going rounds with these guys! Theyve called my place of work bothering me. I offered to make small payments & they refused to take them. Then I started making larger payments. Ive been consistently making payments & they keep sending me threatening letters saying that I need to make a payment or they will take legal action even though Ive been making payments every month. & even if I make payments thats less than $100.00 they tell me thats not what I agreed to & that I need to make a larger payment. Last time I checked I didnt sign ANYTHING! Really poor customer service.

They have been trying to get me to pay bills I do not owe because they were PAID! I've been asking for 2yrs for dated itemized bills and they have yet to send me anything but they keep sending me letters threatening lawsuits. Then they will start calling family members trying to collect from them! They do not care!

Ripped me off for thousands of dollars. If you are in financial turmoil, do not use them. They are liars and thieves. See Dave Ramsey for legitimate financial advice on how to handle your debt.
