Grateful to get my yearly suits done. Prices were a bit steep compared to dollar dry cleaners, nonetheless great service and friendly staff. Planning to get more done in future. Thank you.

Gal working the register wasn't very personable. Cost me almost $40 to get a zipper sewn on.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! Really I wouldnt even give them 1 star!
I took my wedding dress there to be cleaned, initally dealt with Michelle- who was friendly and seamed knowledgeable. Told me if they were unable to get anything off my dress they would contact me or if they had any issues. I NEVER heard of any problems. I picked up my dress and after I got home was looking at it and noticed that some of the sequins on the back were obviously yellow. I called and spoke with Rob the owner. He told many things, from it was my fault as I should have educated myself about dry cleaning, how its important to establish a good relationship with your drycleaner as the they would let you know if there were issues, to wedding dresses shouldnt be dry cleaned as they are meant to be worn only once (I asked why he provides this service then, but he didnt respond). I told him this is why I was trusting him the professional to educate me. When I said I would have appreciated someone telling me this was a possibility- again I was told this was my fault as there are pamphlets hanging on the wall. He then proceeded to bad mouth his employees and say is hard to find decent front line staff. In the end told me to come into the store and hed look at my dress but was pretty sure nothing could be done.
I came in as agreed and I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life. He never introduced himself, apologized or anything. He looked at my dress and said I didnt do this, there are 2 different sequins and thats what caused it mind you the dresses is a mirror image of each other on the back and nothing On the right side was yellowed. He asked how much I paid for the dress, then looked over his glasses at me and said you get what you pay for and I didnt do this (dress was originally $875- I paid less for what that matters). I again stated I would have appreciated someone at least telling me about the damage and he said I didn't notice it. Really? And hes the professional! He told me to go after the dress manufacturer as its not his problem. He did his job. Ill try to attach the picture but my 3 yr old can see the difference. Rob said he would not give me back a dime and walked away. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in every aspect! You couldnt pay me to go back.
