Of the three companies I called Richard was the first to reach me. Although I did not leave a message Richard called me back to inquire if I had called and could he help me. He helped me save $50 by letting me give him measurements over the phone and other identifying info about my broken door spring. He came in the afternoon after letting me know he was on the way. He professionally installed two new springs and lubed all moving parts. I wholeheartedly recommend Richard and his business.
