I am so happy to share that Chuck Hemmert and Michelle Wallace of Grass Valley State Farm Insurance Agency truly go above and beyond what a regular insurance agent might do! I found myself in a situation where a previous agency had not reported my claim accurately and Chuck and Michelle really listened to me, made phone calls in pursuing the problem and very much supported me in the process of achieving the results I was after! It was amazing and rewarding in working with them. They are very honest, competent and stand by their clients. I am so impressed and appreciative! Michelle is the most wonderful insurance agent. She checks in with you, is proactive in making sure things are correct, is extremely responsive to emails and calls, and just had the best personality. I feel very taken care of by Michelle at State Farm. Thank you Michelle!
