I have used Yoho Interiors for several projects at two of my houses. The first project was a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and house make-over in the Bay Area. It required structural work besides giving the hardwood floors, walls, and kitchen an entire face-lift. Every thing was handled professionally, from making sure the structure was sound, to re-surfacing the hardwood floors in other parts of the house, to re-tiling the floors in the kitchen, to painting the walls, to re-surfacing the claw-foot bathtub, to re-doing the duct work for the heating. Every member of his team was quick and efficient at their job. All the work was done within the time-line specified, and the cost was economical for the large amount of work that the project required. The second project was an entire house remodel. The project included tearing out a closet that obstructed the front door, relocating walls and closets to make the bedrooms bigger and more functional, replacing all carpet with hardwood floors, replacing rotten parts of the subfloor from water damage and pet damage, sealing and painting the walls and ceiling, running wire for and installing ceiling fans (4 in total), fixing broken electrical outlets, and running cable for TV, internet and surround sound. The turn around time was incredibly fast, 12 days! The third project was installing a new air conditioning/heating unit. He picked out a combined unit that was economical in price and energy efficient. He had to re-do some of the duct work because the new unit went on the outside of the house, and the old one was inside, as well as install some new vents. He also, converted the old heater closet to a functional storage closet. The job was done quickly and professionally. My kitchen is the next project I will hire Yoho Interiors for!y fast, 12 days.
