Was in need to get across the bay bridge and back to Baltimore. I called them right when they opened and they picked me up 45 minutes later ( I was told an hour or earlier). The guy that picked me up was amazing. Held good conversation the whole way and when other business needed to be handled, he asked if I minded that he pulled over for just a bit. Safety first. He got me to the house safe and sound. If I need another ride, they will get my call. Thank you!!!!

And not too friendly when calling for pick up or upon arrival. Dispatcher could use some lessons in common courtesy
