Zappone's in Granville got me right in, on a days notice. I arrived early, and they started early. Quick service, fair pricing, friendly and hard working staff, very, very clean shop, waiting room, and rest rooms. Good coffee. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I have a lot of Dodge/Ram dealers within 30 miles to choose from. I will return to Granville Zappone's from now on. Gary S., VT.

ad a wonderful experience at Zappone last week. I called Tuesday to see if they could get me in to fix a minor issue. I went in Wednesday morning. Minor issue solved, oil changed, but . The enhancing checking the car over discovered a bad dent int the left rear wheel and I was going to drive 300+ miles on Thursday! They got me a wheel from Boston, a tire, and got me fixed up before noon on Thursday! I have always appreciated Teds great care and concern for my safety and my crazy life; and he is now bringing on an assistant, Heather, who was really helpful and a good communicator. Kudos!!

I took my Jeep in for a scheduled recall repair. It should of taken 30 minutes. They were slammed with others coming for parts they ordered and the office only has 1 person working both service and parts. I waited an additional 15 minutes to get my keys to leave and never got anything stating what was done. I was asked if I wanted to have my brakes replaced. I dont know why they were looking at the brakes when the airbags were what was being replaced. Overall it was a good experience. Still waiting to hear about my new key.

Everyone was polite, courteous, and very friendly. Spent 6 hours waiting for them to find the problem only to have the issue fully under warranty!!
Worth the trip for the treatment you receive from the staff. It was like going back in time when people actually cared and truly wanted to help. Very refreshing.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zappone dealership to everyone. AAA +++

Not a good experience at Zappone Granville location. Salesman Justin was unable to get in touch or communicate effectively with me after I had issues with my purchase. After assuring me that everything had been checked out by a mechanic, my oil and engine lights came on, and my fog lights were out all within 24 hours of my purchase. They also forgot to mention that the primary USB port in the car was broken from the start. I repeatedly called and emailed to no avail. HORRIBLE customer service.
