Couldn't even look at my chainsaw! He said they were 2 to 3 weeks out!! The guy just had a sour demeanor! I then took my saw to Lewis Power Equipment. The guy was friendly, and fixed it on the spot!!! :) There was an issue with the spark plug.

Honestly I have purchased bars chains mixetc for years never had a problem, recently I bought a new chainsaw thought I got a nice one, first time using the saw had issues called the owner told him hoping he would just look at it, ameditily he said you broke it we aren't doing anything, next thing he says is take it to Lewis saw shop they will honor your warranty and hung up on me. So I did take the saw over to Lewis they advised me that I got a beginner saw and was way over charged for it, so I purchased ta new saw from them and they fixed that saw for free, and were very honest about it, shame on you husky shop hell all I wanted to do is have him look at my brand new chainsaw, now I know what it's like to be ripped off, people be careful because he will lie and cheat you.

Spark, air, fuel(mixed sometimes). If this is confusing, stick with the wind-up's. These guys knew what I wanted, Dizzy's didn't have a clue. Stick with the professionals.
