I noticed some questionable reviews so I did keep those reported issues in mind, however that was not our experience at all. We had two carpeted rooms cleaned and our tri level homes air ducts cleaned. I should note while the house is new to us, it’s an old home that did not have these types of things maintained and the previous owner smoked inside, plus we had a ton of dry walling and construction done, so between our overall general health, my allergies and having a young toddler we NEEDED these two services done WELL.
They arrived about 20 minutes early. It took several hours and the amount of time seemed appropriate for a thorough cleaning. I’ve rented now 3-4 professional grade carpet cleaners and had finally accepted that there were 1 or 2 (previous owners carpet) faded stains that were just part of our life now. THEY ARE GONE!!!! Looking into the air vents they look brand new and squeaky clean. They didn’t cause any additional mess or scuff the floor with their equipment like some of the other reviews said.
Overall we are very satisfied.
