Dr Cox is the best! He listened to our concerns and was able to diagnose our son with a rare condition. Prior doctors dismissed it because of a lack of knowledge and because it was easier to say it was acid reflux. He went above and beyond to help us understand what it meant and how to help him deal with it. So thankful

Dr. Cox is an absolutely amazing position who listens and cares for patients as if they were his own kids. He has a natural ability to make kids feel at ease when they are in pain and anxious. I would recommend him to anyone whos child is suffering and needs a compassionate, well experienced, supportive, brilliant doctor.

Dr. Cox listened to my childs concerns and was able recommend a treatment that helped the symptoms. The staff has been excellent to work with whenever we have concerns and would not hesitate to return if needed.

Horrible doctor imo, wouldnt listen to my daughter and her concerns. After being admitted to Devos for a week we saw the Dr.Cox. didnt listen to her, like I stated, and she end up back in to the hospital admitted for another week.
He was very adamant to force MiraLAX down my daughters throat. My daughter had several side effects when on MiraLAX would not listen at all. Stated that MiraLAX is so gentle it has no side effects whatsoever. The office even had the audacity to state that it sounded like my daughter had diabetes and that I should probably get her checked out, guess what my daughter does not have diabetes . The office manager will not return my phone calls to her either.
MiraLAX is not approved by the FDA for children, and there is several side effects, he was prescribing my daughter more than an adult dosage !! Magically my daughter is taking off MiraLAX and doesnt have any problems. He refuses to help my daughter out because I will not give her MiraLAX any more. First of all there are numerous other medications that you can give a child the MiraLAX, magnesium is one of them. Magnesium has helped out my daughter a lot and she doesnt get the side effects.
I will not let my daughter see a doctor that is so narrow minded and rather have his patient being immense pain from side effects then realize that hey maybe we need to do some other investigation to find out what is causing the problem.

This doctor is less than qualified to handle children and/or deal with the children's parents. He lacks communication skills, he don't listen to his patients at all, he ignores symptoms. He certainly has no business working in pediatrics as he's going to get someone's baby killed.
This man refused to do proper testing on our child. Refused to listen to us and was so full of himself that he ignored all the symptoms and pushed his diagnoses . Later after going else where we found from 2 doctors (that wonder how he missed such a obvious condition) that our son was very ill with what we told him we was sure of. And now has to go through a very intensive surgery. If it would have been caught by Dr. Cox he wouldn't have had to undergo such a surgery.
Please for you child's safety do not take your child to him. He will not listen and dose not care about your children. Hes just there to collect a pay check by pushing through as many patients as possible in a day.
