I was short on cash & they were understanding & worked with me giving me partial full cartridges. I am so thankful. I will always go back & use them (next time with enough money lol). Thanks guys so much!

I used to use this place and they worked great. It seems there are new owners now. We have an HP Envy 4500 and I went in 4 days ago to get a B/W cartridge. That evening I installed it but when I printed a document there was only faint black marks on the paper. The next day I returned the cartridge and she explained the head was dirty, so gave me another cartridge. That one did the same thing. So I just went to Best Buy, purchased a new one for only $3 more than Cartridge World's "refill" and it works beautifully. Three trips back to this place in 1 week, and I live in Lowell. Save your money, they do a rotten job.
