This company does everything they can to cater to their clients needs and make them as comfortable as possible. They spend days adjusting schedules and finding the best fit, the best personaility and peoole who are willing to learn and grow. Not only that, but I have witnessed them doing things for their employees when they are in need and just in general caring for them. That's how you keep good employees. A company is nothing without good employees.

My Mom wad at Aurora Pond and Advisacare checked on her for many nites. Their care and service was excellent.I could always count on them to check on her and comfort her during nites lonley hours!! You gals are the best!!!

Getting promoted has given me the chance to work along side with the Grand Rapids office! They are all helpful and always willing to help! They are very professional and a great company to work for !

Ive tried working with their CEO & his lead staff multiple times re: billing for their self pay since Feb 2023 , its now August 2023 and still cannot get resolution. Theyre constantly changing hands making it difficult to get anything taken care of.
In regards to their skilled, when their RN shows concern of an issue that could lead to a more serious problem on a Monday then on Tuesday their board dismisses the person shows their lack of concern for their Patients. At minimum, 72 hours shouldve been given to find care. The case worker never even reached out or made any type of follow up.
