I dont know what the problem is with your process, but weve been purchasing material from you guys for 20+ years, and the past 5 years has been rough. Strips of .062 stainless always come bowed and bent. This adds another step to the thousands of units that we cut from those strips, adding up to thousands of dollars over the years. Ive tried to bring this to the attention of the people running my company, but the problem persists. Standards seem low on both ends.

One good thing, If you catch management or the gm doing dirt, they like to pay you off so you don't go to corporate. Hey randy I still have the check you and your wife wrote me, GREAT company crooked management.
