Place is toxic, management treats in-direct labor like they are replaceable. They make it looks like a great place to work, which was great to start then went down hill fast. 6 days a week and they talk about a "balanced work/home life" but send in-direct people home during the week when there's no work but has them come in on the weekend. No chance to advance on day shift, techs wont train anyone to better their chances of advancing but will sabotage their learning. Front office doesn't care about the floor past getting parts out the door. Every meeting "safety" was 2nd on the list after productions. Operators spend a lot of time talking on their phones but if any else looks at their phone they get yelled at. Favoritism is common when its comes to supervisors. When problems get brought up they don't care as long as work gets done. And pretty sure they will fire me after reading this which I don't care :)
