My experience:
I will respect and honor the Berrien County Small Claims Court interpretation and judication of the Consumer Protection Laws in regard to internet retail operation, rather than to some random response to a FAQ.
I filed a BBB complaint against them for false advertising. They falsely advertise a price of a product. After ordering the product and receiving an invoice for the product they call the following day and refuse to honor their advertised price. Then offer the item at a higher price. Complete lack to stand behind their own advertised prices and accept their role as an ethical business. I offered to split the error with them I go up 500 more and they go down 500 that would be 747.00 accepting their mistake in an honorable fashion splitting the difference 50/50.

Great guys at AA, Jay Daku is my man, helped me out with a set of KLH Model 5 speakers, they were demo units... They looked like new and the sound is incredible, I am done looking for speakers, I think I am set for many years to come.

Brian is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable and will take time out of his busy schedule to return calls or e-mails. Great Guy!

The folks at Audio Advisor are really great people to turn to for excellent advice and a wide selection of audio equipment; really top notch.
I worked with a very professional (and patient!) representative named Pete who guided me through the process and went well above and beyond as far as answering my questions in great detail. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me all the information I could have wished for. I spoke with another representative who also was extremely helpful to me.
I would highly recommend Audio Advisor for all your audio and home theater purchases; they will get the perfect set-up for you with ease.

Not big on writing reviews, but after purchasing a digital streaming device I had an issue. Expert staff solved my problem! Very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend.
