      image Not only was my name spelled wrong on the embosser, the stamp was crooked/askew. I waited two weeks for these and after leaving a message four days ago, I have had no reply. I am not impressed with their customer service or the extreme lack of quality in their products. It is  astonishingly bad quality, plus they do not bother to reply to you. Do not do business with these people!
