I wanted to leave a review for Allie Jo. I don't think anybody, under most circumstances, enjoys going to the post office but I have GOT to say Allie Jo takes going above and beyond to another level! This woman was so sweet, so upbeat, so friendly. Not just with me but with every single customer that was in line. She turned what is typically a dreaded experience into something to look forward to. I will drive out of my way to utilize the Lake Drive USPS simply because I know I am in the BEST hands with Allie Jo. Please, give that woman some recognition! And Allie Jo - Keep spreading that positivity!

Please bring back the ability to drop off pre-labeled packages without waiting in line. I went there yesterday and there were 10 people waiting in line. I left and put my package in a blue box near my house. Sometimes there is a tote to leave packages in, but it wasn't there.
I don't have 30 minutes to wait around in a line.

Every time I go to this location, it is heavily understaffed. Theres 2 employees. 1 lady at the counter, and 1 lady that hides in the back. The lady in the back pops out at least one time when I am there to ask if anyone needs anything dropped off with no receipt. Then she disappears into the back. The service is sooo slow with no sense of urgency and the line is almost always to the door. The lady in the back should be helping at the front counter if possible to help the service run smoother. Multiple people leave the line and walk out the door because it takes forever to finally be seen (15-20 minutes on average when Im there). Its the closest post office to my house and thats why I come here. Ps. They wont tape any boxes for you or create a print out label for addresses. You have to buy your own tape and labels. Seems ridiculous.
