Suppose to have been scheduled for a induction at 39 weeks. I went to my 37 week check up 3 days ago and was told I would receive a call to get booked for 2 weeks out. Its been 3 days, I havent got a call. Ive called and left messages after messages and nothing. Thinking of going elsewhere . Quite irritating to be told youll receive a call that day than 3 days later and still no call or returned calls after leaving messages.

I came here because it was my first pregnancy and didnt know where else to go that accepted my insurance, and my experience was awful. I had mentioned once to a doctor that I was worried about a health complication and she brushed it off, later on my pregnancy I had to deliver early because I did have that complication (preeclampsia). At 33 weeks or so I wanted a urine test to make sure everything was okay they denied my request. After delivery I felt like everytime I called regarding a concern (because of my complications after birth) I was being too bothersome. They had very bad communication. I will not be returning here.

5 pregnancies with this clinic and couldn't ask for a better experience each time. Staff and Docs are very respectful and professional. Always have addressed all of my concerns and even visit during hospital admits! Even though I have moved two hours away (3 children while living in Grand Rapids, 2 children while 2 hours away) I still managed to be able to stay with them and they have always worked with me. The list goes on and I will forever be grateful to them! They are always super busy, but anyone who can get in I would say do it! They offer many different options and even offer pregnancy centering!
