Ive used your website 3 times to tell you I dont want your trash thrown on my driveway. I even had the delivery lady who ask me if I wanted it, in her broken English, and I told her no. Why tf do you keep throwing your garbage on my property? There has to be a way to make you pay. I mean, I cant just throw my trash in peoples yard. Why do you guys get to?

Complete disregard for truth. Copy/paste of whatever stories grab attention. Highly biased to one political party and will be sued in the future.

The Customer Service Dept is abysmal in terms of trying to resolve signon issues. First issue is their VOIP (voice over IP) system is a severe impediment to effective phone communication. Theres a delay in talking and listening which results in each person talking over the other in order to be heard. Most disappointing is their inability to resolve signon issues. After 30 minutes, they said were going to elevate this to another area. If you havent heard back in two or three days, call back. Really? For a simple signon issue? What a crock! I canceled my subscription with great difficulty as they repeatedly tried to persuade me to be patient while trying to resolve my issue. After stating clearly five times that I wanted to cancel I had to be loud and forceful in order to finally get it done. Terrible service. Ill never subscribe again.
