Worst service experience I have ever had. Promised to be done by noon. Called at 11:55 with estimate. Said they couldn't call sooner because didn't have my number. I said, "but I called and left it at 8 AND you called me now?" Reply. Oh yeah. Gives me estimate and I ok repairs. At 2 calls to say he is done but missed something. Needs a wheel bearing. I refuse to have it done because already hours behind schedule. Go get my car and they can't find my keys. Wait 30 minutes while he looks. Finally goes back to the plastic envelope hanging on the wall and they have been there the whole time. It is a shame. I went because I work around the corner and they always seem empty, so I thought it would be convenient. Now I know why they are always empty 😟
