      image My child's regular bus drivers are very nice & dependable but we've had bad experiences with a few of the substitute drivers. One was flat out unprofessional and the others were extremely late due to poor communication from their dispatchers. This business needs serious revisions on management, communication and professionalism.
      Edit September 2017. Dean is doing better this year with their phone etiquette but my child's bus ride is averaging a hour & twenty minutes after his class is dismissed.
      Edit January 2021. Bus service from Dean is awesome this year. Great communication from bus drivers & dispatchers.
