      image I did the "online check in" in the U-Haul app a couple hours before my reservation time. I completed taking a photo of my face and also of the front and back of my ID and also did the same thing for my alternate driver. Well when I got to the store to pick up the cargo van, they had me and my alternate driver do the face photo and scans of ID all over again. Like what is the point of being able to do it ahead of time in the app if I still had to do it when I got to the store? That was a bit frustrating.

      image The folks at the desk were very noceand helpful. Everything went smoothly from pick up to return. Although the uhaul app was not playing nice on return.

      image The key was supposed to be in the truck for a 7:30 pickup, but the app told us to go inside. Even though the store hours are for 7, someone didnt get here until 7:30.
