I have a cabin on the Gunflint Trail that needed the heating elements replaced on the water heater. On the initial contact I was told it would be a couple of weeks. I asked them to contact me a couple of days before service so I could open the cabin for them. Never heard back so after 3 weeks called them again. Was told it would be at least a few weeks if not a month or more. I asked them if they could give me any idea at all. I was told they won't go up that far from Grand Marais unless they have other work.
I wish they would have declined the work in the first place instead of wasting my time. I decided to do the work myself.
