Pretty decent selection for a grand forks macys. Little bit more pricey and upscale than the jcp also in the same mall

Won't let you use your coupons in a normal meaning manner. Basically a bait and switch operation. The store manager was basically useless and unhelpful. Becoming like Justice and will have the same fate one day In court.

The worst Macy's I have ever been to. The customer service is awful. The employees are very immature, talking about inappropriate topics loud enough for me and my grandma to hear and ignoring us when we were waiting to check out. They look at us and start laughing and then roll their eyes when they walk over to help us.
During my most recent visit, I walk in to the cosmetics department and 5 employees are standing in a circle and glare at me, only one said "hi" while the rest of them stood there rolling their eyes. I waited at the desk to be helped and apparently it was a big deal for them to help me for one minute.
I am disgusted with the customer service at this location. Not going back.
