image I ordered groceries to be delivered to our home due to being sick and not wanting to get anyone else sick. This is how our yogurt came which got onto other groceries. I called Sam's Club and had a negative experience with an employee named Alexis. She said I would need to come to the store as they would not deliver an undamaged yogurt or give a refund as I asked. I then asked to speak with a manager. Alexis said, "Yep." For several minutes I could hear other customer service conversations and hung up and dialed again as I never heard them page anyone. I spoke with Alexis again and asked for a manager. Alexis then said, "We can't do that for you." I was baffled by this she just told me I could speak with a manager. I hope Sam's Club reviews its policies regarding the delivery service. We paid extra for the delivery service along with an increase in a membership to be able to have the delivery service. I also hope Sam's Club is more mindful of how to treat customers and others are treated better than I was.
Update: I requested the store manager to contact me when they are available. I provided contact information and no one has reached out yet almost one week later.
