ALL POWER SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY STARS AT ALL. Don't bring any of your equipment here. My husband and I brought our daughter's brand new ATV to be repaired last week. The following day after dropping it off the building was broken into overnight and OUR ATV WAS STOLEN!! Not only have we lost our daughter's ATV but we are out almost $1,500. The part that bothers me the most, ALLPOWER doesn't even have the decently or professionalism to call us and inform us our ATV was stolen from there building. We found out about it from a phone call from Granby Police. We feel Allpower should compensate us for the amount we spent on our ATV. It's very irritating that Allpower is supposed to be a business and they don't have camera's on there property. What kind of repair shop doesn't have camera's?? What kind of repair shop keeps equipment outside with no camera's? Don't bring your equipment here unless you want to risk getting your stuff stolen and not getting compensated for it. We are thankful we didn't bring our $10,000 UTV there. Still we are disappointed with the way this place runs their business. It's very unprofessional to not call a customer to inform them that their property was stolen. We are going to file a civil complaint at the court & BBB to recover our loss if these people don't compensate us.

Poor customer service, not to personable
