Anyone giving a(ny) 1 star review is usually petulant, and undervaluing that which they are reviewing. They are like Cartman from South Park
Interra is a fine credit union—connected with others nationwide, no account minimums, outstanding customer service.

Horrible place that doesn’t respect your time or business. Had an appointment to finalize a loan at Wakarusa branch, was on time, waited 25 minutes and was told it would be at least another 20 minutes. Call For appointment at Goshen main branch, they said no problem come on in. When I got there they said sorry fill up today can’t do it. Needless to say I withdrew all my money and when to another bank. Chase.
I will NEVER do business with Interra again.

They used to be good. Here is an example of the stupidity. I had sold my old house and a month later they still had my account active, with a payment due. I called, and eventually found out they had forgotten to close the account. They eventually did, AND SENT THE PAPERWORK TO THE OLD HOUSE
