Today my family and I went to get a Christmas tree; my son (only 12)
Spilt hot cider on him and instead of the cashier asking if he was okay and offering some napkins, she stood there looking at him with a smug look. When I made a comment to my partner that it was rude of her, instead of rectifying the situations, she decided to mock me.
Very disappointed as we live close by and wouldve loved to continue to buy their product(s)
Do better.
