Every day all day there are many cars with the hazard lights blocking the street at Magnolia Ave. In Goleta sometimes there is no way to go through the street, that's not fair,
Nobody has the time to wait until they want to come and move the car

Dont care about their small local businesses, parking needs to be enforced! Illegal commercial street parking and they disregard. They think coming by and slapping a sticker in windows is going to solve the situation, its been an ongoing issue for over 2 years+!!!

Based solely off the fact that their building inspectors will never answer the phone to give an inspection time. If you email them, they tell you to call & when you call they don't answer and don't return voicemail. Seems you have to drive all the way to the office and sit around until they feel like speaking with you to get a time. It shouldn't be so difficult.
