It is an amazing and very easy process to buy a house when Mary Murphy is your realtor! She knows in & out of the process and help her clients in all possible way starting with educating about market condition. Mary Murphy facilitated the sale of our Estate home. She provided real sales data to understand the current market. She assessed the home and provided a list of projects needed to prepare the house for the best possible outcome. Her follow up with us was always helpful and professional coming along side us to communicate with the service providers needed to complete the necessary projects.
Mary did the listing photography herself which was exceptionally done and included drone photography that showed the layout of the property and attributes of the surrounding area.

Ive worked with several realtors. Mary Murphy went above and beyond. Made the process so much easier. Brought up lots of points that I would not have looked into and really had my back as far as making sure there were no surprises.(Zoning/potential homesite/well/sewer/TID, roads department) she even called the builder who did some construction, got original floor plans and cost of build.
Ps. Mary is my sister. I first thought that would be a potential problem, but what I saw/received was how she treats her clients. She is all in for you, someone you want in your corner. Her best qualities are her work ethic and attentiveness.
