Ever since truist came to be I can't stand my banking app. It never wants to work says unabliable all the time now. Can't quick view anything. Garbage. Will be switch banks soon. Tired of suntrust merging with other banks.

SunTrust is awful since they merged with BB&T.

There hours have been the worst, they areclose all the time now. Who close the banks at 2 in the afternoon. Then people who work can't make those time so we look forward for them to be open on Saturday's and they are close half the time. Suntrust needs a ATM around this area, we have to go all the way to yorktown just for a ATM, to put money in the bank because they are close half the time. Don't get me wrong they are good people and and is very friendly and nice and kind but come on.

We have had an account with Suntrust for over 20 yrs. My biggest complaint is that in that time, they have moved their offices from the courthouse, to gloucester point, to Route 17 (near McDonald's), to a new office across the road near Starbucks, and now, as of December 31st 2020, BACK to the previous location on Route 17! Their hours of operation vary all the time, although this is most likely from Covid. Still, very frustrating!
