Charging $1.25 for a single 8.5 x 11 one sided black & white copy pretty much tells ya what to expect to pay here

Labor- put a piece of paper in the machine and hit start
Quality- a simple copy of a kids schoolwork paper?
Material expense- what .02 .03 cents?
Thats why the Pack & Ship place on Eastern only charges a dime a page
Nice profit margin. And you try and justify it????

Thank you for finally addressing the issue I faced with the wrap. I was quite frustrated having to wait for a year for a resolution, but it's good to see that you've finally recognized the need for replacement due to winter wear and tear.
Regarding my previous review, I've taken some time to reflect on the situation, and I've decided not to remove it. While you've made the repair now, the delay and the pressure to remove my review didn't leave a positive impression. I hope you can improve communication and customer service in the future.
Oh, just to add, we have another store located in Everett where we're facing a similar problem with the stickers peeling off. During the installation, I was given a one-year warranty with the assurance that this wouldn't happen. However, the issue in Everett has yet to be resolved, and I'm still waiting for a fix there as well.
I hope we can address this issue and prevent future inconveniences.
